Lunch 1:30pm: Refried bean and cheese Quesadilla with salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Fresh fruits and salad bar.
Dinner 6pm: Pesto shrimp with 3 cheese tortellini, roasted vegetables.
Tuesday, Sept. 14th

Lunch 12: Ahi tuna Poke bowl with sticky rice, edamame, cherry tomato, red cabbage, cucumber, avocado, mushroom and cilantro.
Dinner 5:30pm: Grilled turkey or Beyond burger with sundried tomato, basil and olive Tapenade. Mashed potato.
