Monday, Sept. 13th

  • KKG Breakfast 7:30am

  • Lunch 1:30pm: Refried bean and cheese Quesadilla with salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Fresh fruits and salad bar.

  • Dinner 6pm: Pesto shrimp with 3 cheese tortellini, roasted vegetables.

Tuesday, Sept. 14th

  • KKG Breakfast 8:00am

  • Lunch 12: Ahi tuna Poke bowl with sticky rice, edamame, cherry tomato, red cabbage, cucumber, avocado, mushroom and cilantro.

  • Dinner 5:30pm: Grilled turkey or Beyond burger with sundried tomato, basil and olive Tapenade. Mashed potato.

Wednesday, Sept. 15th

  • KKG Breakfast 7:30am

  • Lunch 12:10pm: Grilled cheese sandwich, fresh fruits, salad bar.

  • Dinner 5:15pm: Sesame chicken salad with shitake mushroom, carrot, broccoli, asparagus, pea pods, peppers and onions.

Thursday, Sept. 16th

  • Brunch 9am:

  • Dinner 5:30pm: Spaghetti and meatballs, bread sticks and roasted vegetables.

Friday, Sept 17th

  • KKG Breakfast 7am

  • Hummus veggie cups

  • Dinner 5pm: Cheesy Impossible meat Enchiladas in spicy red sauce. Spanish rice and beans. Sour cream and guacamole.

Saturday, Sept. 18th

  • Brunch 9am -11
