Sunday Jan. 2nd

* Dinner: Build your own burger. your choice of ground beef, plant meat, wild sockeye salmon, or black beans burger with fries and salad bar.


Monday Jan 3rd

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: teriyaki bowl. Noodles, or Sticky rice with chicken, plant meat, or tofu. And vegies. salad bar

* Dinner: Grilled salmon or plant chicken with a side of rice, roasted sweet potato cauliflower and broccoli. Salad bar. Roasted Salad Bar.


Tuesday Jan. 4th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Bean and cheese Quesadilla with salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Soup and salad bar.

* Dinner: Orange chicken, or beyond beef with rice and vegies ( broccoli, zucchini, squash, or potato). Salad bar.


Wednesday Jan. 5th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Poke Bowls with Ahi tuna, or Tofu, sticky rice, cherry tomatoes, avocado, cucumber, and cabbage. Soup and Salad bar

* Dinner: Spaghetti and ground beef or plant meat meatballs, bread sticks and roasted vegetables. Salad Bar.


Thursday Jan. 6th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: build your own avocado toast bar. W/ fresh avocado, fresh mozz, fried

eggs, bacon, tomato. Soup and Salad bar

* Dinner: Italian sausage or plant meat Gyro with warm pita, lettuce, tomato, red onion, feta cheese and tzatziki sauce.


Friday Jan. 7th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Build Your own Pizza. Salad bar

* Dinner: Build your own burrito bowl with rice, cheese, lettuce, tomato, chicken, plant meat, avocado, salsa, and sour cream. Salad bar.


Saturday Jan. 8th

* Brunch: Scrambled egg, hash brown, bacon, sausage, plant sausage, fresh fruit and berries. build your own Belgian waffles with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and maple syrup
