Sunday Oct 15th

* Dinner: Teriyaki chicken or vegetarian chicken, yakisoba noodles, sticky rice, and roasted veggies. Salad Bar


Monday Oct 16th

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Grilled cheese, Tomato soup, chicken noodle soup, fresh fruit, house salad, and salad bar

* Dinner: Chicken wings, Mac and cheese, Oven roasted vegetables, and Salad Bar.


Tuesday Oct 17th

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Ramen bowls with noodles, mushrooms, soup, shredded carrots, mushrooms, tofu and boiled eggs. Salad Bar

* Dinner: Build your own hard-shell taco or soft with chicken or impossible meat, shredded lettuce, black beans tomato, onions, cheese, salsa and sour cream. Salad bar.


Wednesday Oct 18th

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Tuna melt (albacore or chickpeas) on English muffin with tomato and cheese, fresh fruit, soup, and Salad bar.

* Dinner: Honey garlic salmon or tofu with a side of roasted vegetables and Salad bar.


Thursday Oct 19th

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Chicken or cheese Quesadilla with salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Soup and Salad Bar

* Dinner: Roasted beef tenderloin or Impossible meat, mushed potato, roasted vegetables and Salad Bar.


Friday Oct 20th

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Thai Green Curry with Tofu or Chicken, rice, quinoa, roasted veggies and Salad Bar.

* Dinner: Build your own sandwich bar with over roasted turkey, ham, roasted beef, lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc. Soup, fries, and Salad bar.


Saturday Oct 21st

* Brunch: (10 – 12pm) Scrambled egg, hash brown, bacon, sausage, plant sausage, fresh fruit and berries. build your own Belgian waffles with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and maple syrup.
