Sunday Nov. 5th

* Dinner: Cheese ravioli, butternut squash ravioli with creamy mushroom sauce. gluten free pasta with red sauce, chicken, tofu, roasted veggies and salad bar.


Monday Nov. 6th

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Build your own avocado toast bar. W/ fresh avocado, fresh mozz, fried eggs, bacon, tomato. Soup and Salad bar

* Dinner: Roasted beef tenderloin or Impossible meat, mushed potato, roasted butternut squash, asparagus, houses salad, desserts and fresh fruit.


Tuesday Nov. 7th

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch:Ramen bowls with noodles, mushrooms, soup, shredded carrots, mushrooms, tofu and boiled eggs. Salad Bar

* Dinner: Build your own Chipotle Chicken Bowl with brown rice, black beans, Pico De Gallo, cheese, lettuce, tomato, chicken, plant meat, avocado, cheese, salsa, and sour cream. Salad bar.


Wednesday Nov. 8th

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Chicken or cheese Quesadilla with salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Soup and Salad Bar

* Dinner: Grilled salmon or tofu, roasted vegetables. Salad bar.


Thursday Nov. 9th

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Caprese grilled cheese, with fresh mozzarella, basil and tomato. Tomato or chicken soup. Fruit salad and salad bar

* Dinner: Build your own Gyro with Italian sausage, chicken, or vegetarian chicken, lettuce, tomato, red onion, olive, cucumber, feta cheese and tzatziki sauce. Salad Bar


Friday Nov. 10th

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: BEGAL BAR LUNCH with chicken salad, tuna salad, avocado, cucumbers, onion, tomato, smoked salmon, cream cheese, capers and alfa alfa sprouts.

* Dinner: Crispy coconut shrimp or tofu, sweet and sour salsa, rice, roasted veggie, and Salad Bar.


Saturday Nov. 11th

Kitchen Closed for Veteran's Day.

It Opens Back Again on Monday Nov. 13 for Dinner.
