Sunday Feb. 26th

* Dinner: Build your own sandwich bar, soup, fries, and Salad bar.


Monday Feb. 27th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Caprese grilled cheese, with fresh mozzarella, basil and tomato. Tomato soup. Fries and Salad Bar.

* Dinner: Mexican chicken or bean casserole with side rice, roasted vegetable, and Salad Bar.

Tuesday Feb. 28th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Fried rice teriyaki bowl with rice noodles, carrot, cabbage, bean sprouts, eggs, chicken, tofu and roasted veggies. Salad bar.

* Dinner: Crispy coconut shrimp or tofu, sweet and sour salsa, rice, roasted veggie, and Salad Bar.


Wednesday Feb. 1st

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Chicken or cheese Quesadilla with salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Soup and salad bar.

* Dinner: Grilled salmon or tofu with a side of rice, roasted vegetables. Salad bar.

Thursday Feb. 2nd

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Chicken nuggets or vegie chicken nuggets, potato wedges, and roasted vegetables. Salad bar.

* Dinner: Build your own burrito bowl with rice, beans, cheese, lettuce, tomato, chicken, plant meat, avocado, salsa, and sour cream. Chips and Salad bar.


Friday Feb. 3rd

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Build Your own Pizza. Salad bar

* Dinner: Spaghetti and ground beef or plant meat meatballs, bread sticks and roasted vegetables. Salad Bar.


Saturday Feb. 4th

* Brunch: Scrambled egg, hash brown, bacon, sausage, plant sausage, fresh fruit and berries. build your own Belgian waffles with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and maple syrup
