Sunday March 10th

* Dinner: Yellow Thai chicken or tofu curry with rice, roasted vegies and salad bar.

 

Monday March 11th

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Build your own avocado toast bar. W/ fresh avocado, fresh mozz, fried eggs, bacon, tomato. Soup and Salad Bar.

* Dinner: Orange Chicken or vegetarian meat with brown or white rice, and roasted vegetables. Salad bar

 

Tuesday March. 12th

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Chicken or cheese Quesadilla with salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Soup and Salad Bar

* Dinner:  Oven roasted Baby back barbecue ribs or impossible meat, broccoli, cauliflower. butternut squash, and Salad Bar.

 

Wednesday March 13th

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Street Taco and Salad Bar

* Dinner: Corned Beef with cabbage, potatoes, carrots, and Salad Bar

 

Thursday March 14th

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Ramen bowls with noodles, mushrooms, soup, shredded carrots, mushrooms, tofu and boiled eggs. Salad Bar

* Dinner: 3 Cheese tortellini or gluten free pasta with red sauce, chicken, tofu, roasted vegies and salad bar.

 

Friday March 15th

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: To Go Lunch Bags, Turkey, Ham, Roasted beef, or Veggie sandwiches, cookies, chips, fruits,
