Monday May 29th

* Dinner: Build your own burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, cheese, lettuce, tomato, chicken, plant meat, avocado, cheese, salsa, and sour cream. Salad bar.

Tuesday May 30th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Build your own Teriyaki Bowl, with teriyaki chicken or tofu, sticky or brown rice, roasted peppers, onion, mushrooms and edamame. Salad Bar

* Dinner: Build your own Cheeseburger with black angus ground beef, black bean burger or impossible meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. Fries, pasta salad, and Salad Bar.

Wednesday May 31st

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Chicken nuggets or meatless nuggets, fries, fresh fruit and salad bar.

* Dinner: Grilled salmon or tofu with a side of rice, roasted vegetables. Salad bar.

Thursday June 1st

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Build your own avocado toast bar. W/ fresh avocado, fresh mozz, fried eggs, bacon, tomato. Soup and Salad bar

* Dinner: Bake potatoes with sour cream, cheese, bacon, and chives toppings. Oven roasted vegetables, Coleslaw and Salad Bar.

Friday June 2nd

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Build Your own Pizza, Quinoa, fresh fruit and Salad bar

* Dinner: Build your own sandwich bar with over roasted turkey, ham, roasted beef, lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc. Soup, fries, and Salad bar.

Saturday June 3rd

* Brunch: Scrambled egg, hash brown, bacon, sausage, plant sausage, fresh fruit and berries. build your own Belgian waffles with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and maple syrup.
