* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Teriyaki bowl. Sticky rice or noodles, with chicken, impossible meat, or tofu. And vegies. salad bar

* Dinner: Pesto chicken with 3 cheese tortellini or rice, roasted vegetables. Salad Bar


Tuesday Sep. 27th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Tuna melt (albacore or chickpeas) on English muffins with tomato and cheese, curly fries, soup, and Salad bar.

* Dinner: Taco Tuesday, with ground beef or plant meat, shredded lettuce, tomato, cheese, salsa and sour cream. Salad bar.


Wednesday Sep. 28th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Ramen bowls with noodles, soup, mushrooms, bean sprouts, carrots, and boiled eggs. Salad Bar.

* Dinner: Spaghetti or gluten free pasta with ground beef or plant meat meatballs, bread sticks and roasted vegetables. Salad Bar.

Thursday Sep. 29th

* Lunch: Grilled cheese and tomato soup. Salad bar

* Dinner: Tostada Bowl Salad. with ground beef or plant meat, rice, beans, shredded lettuce, tomato, onion, lime, avocado, and cheese. Salad bar

* Dinner: chicken nuggets or meatless nuggets, fries, some roasted vegies and salad bar.


Saturday Oct. 1st

* Brunch: Scrambled egg, hash brown, bacon, sausage, plant sausage, fresh fruit and berries. build your own Belgian waffles with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and maple syrup
