Monday, Sept. 20th

  • KKG Breakfast

  • Lunch: 11am: Vegetarian chili with house baked corn bread. Fresh fruit and salad

bar.

  • Dinner: Grilled salmon with garlic, lemon, tomato and olive . Roasted sweet potato, green beans and broccoli.

Tuesday, Sept. 21st

  • KKG Breakfast

  • Lunch: Sisterhood activity

  • Dinner: Build your own burrito bowl. Start with Spanish rice and shredded lettuce add cheese tomato and jalapeno. Top with your choice sliced chicken or plant patty, salsa, sour cream and avocado. Tater tots and salad bar.

Wednesday, Sept. 22nd

  • KKG Breakfast

  • Lunch: Tomato or chicken noodle soup. Turkey BLT wrap

  • Dinner: Blackened rockfish with alfredo mac & cheese, veggie, veggie.

Thursday, Sept. 23rd

  • KKG Breakfast

  • Lunch: Soup of the day. Refried bean and cheese quesadilla with salsa, sour

cream and guacamole. Fresh fruits and salad bar.

  • Dinner: Garlic and herb chicken breast or tofu. Gnocchi with spinach, tomato, olive and parmesan. Salad bar.

Friday, Sept. 24th

  • KKG Breakfast

  • Lunch: build your own pizza bar. Chicken or plant nuggets with bbq dipping sauce. Quinoa and bean salad. Fresh fruits and salad bar.

  • Dinner: Build your own Beyond burger with all the usual fixings, tater tots.

Saturday, Sept. 25th

  • Brunch 10am: Scrambled eggs, hash brown potato, bacon, sausage, plant sausage. Fresh fruits and berries. Build your own Belgian waffle with fresh whipped cream and Vermont maple syrup.

Sunday, Sept. 26th

  • Dinner 5pm: Herb roasted turkey breast with new red potato and broccoli. Pumpkin pie and fresh whipped cream.
