Sunday Sept. 5th
KKG Breakfast 8-9:30am: Scrambled eggs, hash brown potato, bacon, sausage, fresh fruits and berries.
Lunch 12-1pm: Vegetarian Chili with cheese and sour cream. House baked corn bread, butter and honey.
Dinner: Grilled salmon and quinoa bowl, roasted potato and vegetable.
Monday, Sept. 6th

Lunch 12-1: Pizza Friday on Monday. Build your own pizza. Fresh fruits and salad bar.
Dinner 6-7pm, 100 people: Cheese burger or Beyond burger with the usual fixings, oven roasted Jo Jo's and salad bar. Ice cream truck.
Tuesday, Sept. 7th
Breakfast Truck 9am
Lunch 12-1: Grilled cheese and tomato soup, fresh fruits and salad bar.
Dinner 6-7pm: Teriyaki chicken or Tofu rice bowl with broccoli asparagus, peppers, onion, mushrooms and edamame.
Wednesday, Sept. 8th

Lunch 12-1pm: Avocado toast bar, fresh fruits and salad bar.
Dinner 6:10-7: Taco salad bar. Start with a bed of greens, add seasoned beans, corn, diced tomato, roasted peppers and sweet potato, cheese, green onion, jalapeno, cilantro. Tortilla chips, salsa and guacamole. Strawberries with chocolate fountain.
Thursday, Sept. 9th

Dinner 5-7pm: Build your own Italian sausage Gyro (or veggie) with warm pita bread, shredded lettuce, tomato, red onion, feta cheese and Tzatziki sauce.

Lunch 1-2:45pm: Turkey or vegetable wrap, tater tots salad bar.
Dinner 7:15- 8:15pm: Chicken or Tofu Cacciatore', pesto penne pasta and roasted vegetables.

Lunch 1:00: Mini cheese pizza, fruits and salad bar.
Dinner 7:15pm: Blackened salmon (or beyond patty) and Caesar salad. garlic, parmesan bread stick.

Lunch 1:30pm: Mac and cheese, steamed broccoli.
Dinner 7pm: Herb roasted turkey breast, red potato and vegetables.
