* Dinner: Butter chicken or tofu with a side of rice, roasted vegetables. Salad bar.


Tuesday Jan. 3rd

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Build your own avocado toast bar. W/ fresh avocado, fresh mozz, fried eggs, bacon, tomato. Soup and Salad bar

* Dinner: Build your own soft or hard-shell tacos with ground beef or plant meat, shredded lettuce, tomato, cheese, salsa and sour cream. Salad bar.


Wednesday Jan. 4th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Chicken or cheese Quesadilla with salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Soup and salad bar.

* Dinner: Grilled salmon or tofu with a side of rice, roasted vegetables. Salad bar.

Thursday Jan. 5th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Teriyaki bowl with Sticky rice, chicken, tofu and roasted veggies. Salad bar.

* Dinner: Build your own burger with ground beef, meatless chicken, California veggie or plant meat burgers with lettuce, onion, tomato, and cheese toppings, fries and salad bar.


Friday Jan. 6th

* Lunch: Build Your own Pizza. Salad bar

* Dinner: Cheese tortellini or vegan pasta with shrimp or tofu, roasted vegies and salad bar.


Saturday Jan. 7th

* Brunch: Scrambled egg, hash brown, bacon, sausage, plant sausage, fresh fruit and berries. build your own Belgian waffles with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and maple syrup
