Sunday Jan. 28th

* Dinner: Chicken alfredo with linguini or gluten free vegan pasta with creamy sauce, roasted vegetables, chicken, tofu, garlic bread and Salad bar


Monday Jan. 29th

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Breakfast for Lunch: Eggs Benedict on English muffins with Canadian bacon, a poached egg, and a hollandaise sauce. Salad Bar.

* Dinner: Build your own soft- or hard-shell tacos with chicken, pork or plant meat, shredded lettuce, tomato, cheese, salsa and sour cream. Salad bar.


Tuesday Jan. 30th

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Daikon TuesDay: spinach or kale, purple daikon, sweet potato, butternut squash, red beets, English cucumber, tofu, brown rice, and gochujang sauce. Salad bar.

* Dinner: Chicken wings, Mac and cheese, Oven roasted vegetables, and Salad Bar.


Wednesday Jan. 31st

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Build your own avocado toast bar. W/ fresh avocado, fresh mozz, fried eggs, bacon, tomato. Soup and Salad bar

* Dinner: Creamy garlic butter Tuscan salmon or tofu with a side of roasted vegetables and Salad bar.


Thursday Feb. 1st

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Pad Thai with rice noodles, chicken, shrimp, spring rolls and Salad Bar,

* Dinner: Build your own Chicken or Cheeseburger, black bean burger or California veggie burger, cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. Fries, and Salad Bar.


Friday Feb. 2nd

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Build Your own Pizza, Quinoa, Fruit salad and Salad bar

* Dinner: 5 Cheese tortellini or gluten free pasta with red sauce, chicken, tofu, garlic bread, roasted vegies and salad bar.


Saturday Feb. 3rd

* Brunch: (10 – 12pm) Scrambled egg, hash brown, bacon, sausage, plant sausage, fresh fruit and berries. build your own Belgian waffles with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and maple syrup.
