Sunday Jan. 30th

* Dinner: Five cheese tortellini with Italian link sausage or meatless sausage, roasted vegies and salad bar.


Monday Jan. 31

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Poke bowl with ahi tuna, tofu, sticky rice, cherry tomato, cabbage, shredded carrot, cucumber, avocado, edamame. Salad bar

* Dinner: chicken nuggets or meatless nuggets, fries, some roasted vegies and salad bar.


Tuesday Feb. 1st

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Grilled cheese sandwich, fresh fruits, Soup and salad bar.

* Dinner: Grilled salmon or plant meat with a side of rice, roasted sweet potato cauliflower and broccoli. Salad bar.


Wednesday Feb. 2nd

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Gnocchi with pomodoro sauce and mozzarella balls, or vegan pasta with marinara sauce, roasted vegies, salad bar

* Dinner: Yellow Thai chicken or tofu curry with rice, roasted vegies and salad bar.


Thursday Feb. 3rd

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Eggs Benedict with hollandaise sauce. Soup of the day and Salad bar.

* Dinner: Cheesy ground beef or Impossible meat Enchiladas in spicy red sauce. Spanish rice and beans. Sour cream and guacamole.


Friday Feb. 4th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Build Your own Pizza. Salad bar

* Dinner: your choice of cheese ravioli, beef ravioli, or gluten free pasta with alfredo or marinara sauce. Salad bar


Saturday Feb. 5th

* Brunch: Scrambled egg, hash brown, bacon, sausage, plant sausage, fresh fruit and berries. build your own Belgian waffles with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and maple syrup
