Sunday Jan. 8th

* Dinner: Build your own sandwich bar, soup, fries, and Salad bar.


Monday Jan. 9th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Gnocchi with creamy red sauce and mozzarella balls, or vegan pasta with marinara sauce, tofu, chicken, garlic bread and salad bar

* Dinner: Build your own burrito bowl with rice, beans, cheese, lettuce, tomato, chicken, plant meat, avocado, salsa, and sour cream. Salad bar.

Tuesday Jan. 10th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Poke bowl with ahi tuna, tofu, sticky rice, cherry tomato, cabbage, shredded carrot, cucumber, avocado, edamame. Salad bar

* Dinner: Chicken nuggets or vegie chicken nuggets, potato wedges, and roasted vegetables. Salad bar.


Wednesday Jan. 11th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Mediterranean grilled Chicken Quinoa Bowl with hummus, feta cheese, cucumbers, chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, and tahini sauce. Salad Bar

* Dinner: Grilled salmon or tofu with a side of rice, roasted vegetables. Salad bar.

Thursday Jan. 12th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Meatball or Veggie Meat Sandwiches, fries, Caesar salad and Salad bar.

* Dinner: Crispy coconut shrimp or tofu, sweet and sour salsa, rice, roasted veggie, and Salad Bar.


Friday Jan. 13th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Build Your own Pizza. Salad bar

* Dinner: Chicken chipotle or plant meat with rice, and vegetables. Salad bar


Saturday Jan. 14th

Kitchen closed ,,,,, Opens back on Monday Jan. 16th for dinner.
