Sunday Oct 1st

* Dinner: Mac and cheese or chicken wings, Oven roasted vegetables, and Salad Bar.


Monday Oct 2nd

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Build your own avocado toast bar. W/ fresh avocado, fresh mozz, fried eggs, bacon, tomato. Soup and Salad bar

* Dinner: Chicken or vegetarian chicken teriyaki with brown or white rice, veggie eggrolls and roasted veggies. Salad bar.


Tuesday Oct 3rd

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Build your own Gyro with Italian sausage, chicken, or vegetarian chicken, lettuce, tomato, red onion, olive, cucumber, feta cheese and tzatziki sauce. Salad Bar

* Dinner: Chicken or eggplant parmesan with linguine pasta or quinoa, marinara sauce, roasted vegies, salad bar


Wednesday Oct 4th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Chicken or cheese Quesadilla with salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Soup and Salad Bar

* Dinner: Roasted beef tenderloin or Impossible meat, mushed potato, roasted vegetables and Salad Bar.

Thursday Oct 5th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Poke bowl with chicken, salmon, tofu, Quinoa or rice, cherry tomato, cabbage, shredded carrot, cucumber, avocado, edamame and mushrooms. Salad bar

* Dinner: 3 Cheese tortellini or gluten free pasta with red sauce, chicken, tofu, roasted vegies and salad bar.


Friday Oct 6th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: BEGAL BAR LUNCH with chicken salad, tuna salad, avocado, cucumbers, onion, tomato, sm3 Cheese tortellini or gluten free pasta with red sauce, chicken, tofu, roasted vegies and salad bar.oked salmon, cream cheese, capers and alfa alfa sprouts.

* Dinner: Honey garlic chicken or veggie chicken with rice or noodles, roasted vegies and salad bar.


Saturday Oct 7th

* Brunch: (10 – 12pm) Scrambled egg, hash brown, bacon, sausage, plant sausage, fresh fruit and berries. build your own Belgian waffles with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and maple syrup.
