Sunday Oct. 9th

* Dinner: Build your own sandwich bar, chicken or veggie soup, fries, and quinoa salad. Salad bar

Monday Oct. 10th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Grilled cheese sandwich, fries, Tomato soup and Salad bar.

* Dinner: Grilled salmon or tofu with a side of rice, roasted vegetables. Salad bar.

Tuesday Oct. 11th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Chicken or bean and cheese Quesadilla with salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Chips and salad bar.

* Dinner: Chicken wings, plant meat and fries. Salad Bar

Wednesday Oct. 12th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Teriyaki bowl with Sticky rice, chicken, tofu and roasted veggies. Salad bar.

* Dinner: Stuffed bell peppers with rice and vegies, roasted vegies. Salad Bar

Thursday Oct. 13thd

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Build your own avocado toast bar. W/ fresh avocado, fresh mozz, fried eggs, bacon, tomato. Build your own saladbar

* Dinner: Gyro with chicken or Italian sausage warm pita, lettuce, tomato, red onion, feta cheese and tzatziki sauce.

Friday Oct. 14th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Build Your own Pizza. Salad bar

* Dinner: Spaghetti or vegan pasta with impossible or ground beef meatballs, roasted vegies, and garlic bread. Salad bar.

Saturday Oct. 15th

* Brunch: Scrambled egg, hash brown, bacon, sausage, plant sausage, fresh fruit and berries. build your own Belgian waffles with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and maple syrup
