Monday Nov. 14th

* Dinner: Crispy coconut shrimp or tofu, sweet and sour salsa, rice, roasted veggie, and Salad Bar.

Tuesday Nov. 15th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Chicken or bean and cheese Quesadilla with salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Fresh fruits and salad bar.

* Dinner: Taco Tuesday, with ground beef or plant meat, shredded lettuce, tomato, cheese, salsa and sour cream. Salad bar.

Wednesday Nov. 16th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Gnocchi with red sauce, roasted marble mix potato, chicken, tofu and Salad bar.

* Dinner: Grilled salmon or tofu with a side of rice, roasted vegetables. Salad bar.

Thursday Nov. 17th

* Lunch: Turkey, ham or vegie melt, fries, soup, fries and Salad bar

* Dinner: Chicken or veggie chicken chipotle with rice, and roasted vegetables. Salad bar


Friday Nov. 18th

* Lunch: Build Your own Pizza. Salad bar

* Dinner: Spaghetti with ground beef or plant meat meatballs, bread sticks and roasted vegetables. Salad Bar.


Saturday Nov. 19th

* Brunch: Scrambled egg, hash brown, bacon, sausage, plant sausage, fresh fruit and berries. build your own Belgian waffles with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and maple syrup
