* Dinner: Tofu or Chicken stir fry with vegetables, fried rice, and veggie eggrolls. Salad bar
Monday Dec. 11th
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: Build your own Cheeseburger with beef patties, black bean burger or California veggie burger, cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. Fries, and Salad Bar.
* Dinner: Butter chicken or tofu with a side of brown rice, roasted vegetables and Naan. Salad bar.
Tuesday Dec. 12th
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: Breakfast for Lunch: Eggs Benedict on English muffins with Canadian bacon, a poached egg, and a hollandaise sauce. Salad Bar.
* Dinner: Build your own taco with chicken or impossible meat, shredded lettuce, black beans tomato, onions, cheese, salsa and sour cream. Salad bar.
Wednesday Dec. 13th
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: Chicken nuggets or meatless nuggets, fries, soup and salad bar.
* Dinner: Grilled teriyaki salmon or tofu with a side of roasted vegetables and Salad bar.
Thursday Dec. 14th
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: Caprese grilled cheese, with fresh mozzarella, basil and tomato. Tomato soup. Fruit salad and salad bar
* Dinner: Build your own sandwich bar with over roasted turkey, ham, roasted beef, lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc. Soup, fries, and Salad bar.
Friday Dec. 15th
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: To Go Lunch Bags, Turkey or Veggie Wraps, cookies, chips, fruits, and drinks.
