* Dinner: Grilled tofu or chicken kabobs with rice, roasted veggies and Salad Bar.
Monday Dec. 4th
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: Grilled cheese, Tomato soup, chicken noodle soup, fresh fruit, house salad, and salad bar
* Dinner: Mexican chicken casserole, oven roasted veggies and Salad Bar.
Tuesday Dec. 5th
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: Build your own Gyro with Italian sausage, chicken, or vegetarian chicken, lettuce, tomato, red onion, olive, cucumber, feta cheese and tzatziki sauce. Salad Bar
* Dinner: 3 Cheese tortellini or gluten free pasta with red sauce, chicken, tofu, garlic bread, roasted vegies and salad bar.
Wednesday Dec. 6th
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: Meatball or impossible meat sub sandwich, fries, fruit salad. Salad Bar
* Dinner: Creamy garlic butter Tuscan salmon or tofu with a side of roasted vegetables and Salad bar.
Thursday Dec. 7th
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: Ramen bowls with noodles, mushrooms, soup, shredded carrots, mushrooms, tofu and boiled eggs. Salad Bar
* Dinner: Roasted beef tenderloin or Impossible meat, mushed potato, roasted butternut squash, asparagus and Salad Bar.
Friday Dec. 8th
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: Build your own avocado toast bar. W/ fresh avocado, fresh mozz, fried eggs, bacon, tomato. Soup and Salad bar
* Dinner: Crispy coconut shrimp or tofu, sweet and sour salsa, rice, roasted veggie, and Salad Bar.
Saturday Dec. 9th
* Brunch: (10 – 12pm) Scrambled egg, hash brown, bacon, sausage, plant sausage, fresh fruit and berries. build your own Belgian waffles with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and maple syrup.
