Sunday April 10th

* Dinner: Build your Chicken sandwich with chicken breast or vegie chicken, plain pub bun, lettuce, tomato, onion, side of fries, and salad bar.


Monday April 11th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Build your own avocado toast bar. W/ fresh avocado, fresh mozz, fried eggs, bacon, tomato. Soup and Salad bar

* Dinner: Grilled salmon with mango salsa, asparagus, roasted mixed marble potato, salad. Triple layer chocolate cake and fruit salad for deserts.


Tuesday April 12th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Teriyaki noodles or Sticky rice with chicken or tofu and vegies. Salad bar

* Dinner: Build your own soft taco with beans, cheese, lettuce, tomato, ground beef or impossible meat, avocado, salsa, and sour cream. Salad bar.


Wednesday April 13th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Grilled cheese sandwich, fries, Soup, and salad bar.

* Dinner: Five cheese tortellini or vegan pasta with marinara sauce, tofu, garlic breadstick, roasted vegies and salad bar.


Thursday April 14th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Butter chicken or tofu with rice, roasted vegies and salad bar.

* Dinner: Build your own ground beef, black bean or plant meat burgers with lettuce, onion, tomato, Pickles, and cheese toppings, fries and salad bar.


Friday April 15th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Build Your own Pizza. Salad bar

* Dinner: Poke bowl with ahi tuna, tofu, sticky rice, cherry tomato, cabbage, shredded carrot, cucumber, avocado, edamame. Salad bar


Saturday April 16

* Brunch: Scrambled egg, hash brown, bacon, sausage, plant sausage, fresh fruit and berries. build your own Belgian waffles with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and maple syrup
