Sunday April 17th

* Dinner: Oven roasted honey hum or impossible meat with green beans, potatoes, and mac and cheese. Salad Bar


Monday April 18th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Turkey or vegie Wrap, fries, soup and Salad bar

* Dinner: Orange Chicken or Tofu with rice, and roasted vegetables. Salad bar


Tuesday April 19th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Ramen bowls with noodles, mushrooms, soup, shredded carrots, beef, tofu and boiled eggs. Salad Bar

* Dinner: Taco salad bar. With ground beef or impossible meat greens, beans, corn, diced tomato, roasted peppers and sweet potato, cheese, green onion, jalapeno, cilantro. Tortilla chips, salsa and guacamole.


Wednesday April 20th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Caprese grilled cheese, with fresh mozzarella, basil and tomato. Tomato soup. Fresh fruits and salad bar.

* Dinner: Vegetarian Chili with cheese and sour cream. House baked corn bread, butter and honey. Salad bar.


Thursday April 21st

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Fish soft Taco. True Cod Alaska Fillets, or beyond meat with sour cream, tomato, shredded lettuce, and cheese. Salad bar

* Dinner: Garlic and herb chicken breast or tofu. Gnocchi with spinach, tomato, and olive. Roasted vegies and Salad bar.


Friday April 22nd

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Build Your own Pizza. Salad bar

* Dinner: Pesto shrimp with 3 cheese tortellini or rice, roasted vegetables. Salad bar.


Saturday April 23rd

* Brunch: Scrambled egg, hash brown, bacon, sausage, plant sausage, fresh fruit and berries. build your own Belgian waffles with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and maple syrup
