* Dinner: Sweet Potato Caribbean Curry with rice and roasted veggies. Salad Bar.
Monday May 20th
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: Build your own avocado toast bar. W/ fresh avocado, fresh mozz, fried eggs, bacon, tomato. Soup and Salad bar.
* Dinner: Oven Roasted Garlic Lemon Chicken with mushed potato, asparagus, brussel sprouts and Salad Bar.
Tuesday May 21st
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: Daikon TuesDay: spinach or kale, purple daikon, sweet potato, butternut squash, red beets, English cucumber, tofu, brown rice, and gochujang sauce. Salad bar.
* Dinner: 3 Cheese tortellini or gluten free pasta with red sauce, chicken, tofu, roasted vegies and salad bar.
Wednesday May 22nd
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: Build your own taco Salad with Tortilla chips, black beans, corn, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, chicken, sour cream, and salsa. Salad bar
* Dinner: Grilled salmon or tofu with a side of rice, roasted vegetables. Salad bar.
Thursday May 23rd
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: Build your own Cheeseburger with black angus ground beef, black bean burger or impossible meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. Fries, pesto pasta salad, potato salad and Salad Bar.
* Dinner: Build your own Chipotle Chicken Bowl with rice, black beans, Pico De Gallo, cheese, lettuce, tomato, chicken, plant meat, avocado, cheese, salsa, and sour cream. Salad bar.
Friday May 24th
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: Build your own Teriyaki Bowl, with teriyaki chicken or tofu, sticky or brown rice, roasted peppers, onion, mushrooms and edamame. Salad Bar
* Dinner: Build your own sandwich bar with over roasted turkey, ham, roasted beef, lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc. Soup, fries, and Salad bar.
Saturday May 25th
Kitchen is closed for Memorial Day weekend.
Kitchen opens back on Monday May 27th for Dinner.
