Sunday May 22nd * Dinner: Grilled salmon or tofu with a side of rice, roasted vegetables. Salad bar. Monday May 23rd * KKG Breakfast * Lunch: Chicken or cheese Quesadilla with salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Fresh fruits and salad bar. * Dinner: Creamy garlic chicken, mushed potato, roasted vegies, and Salad Bar.

Tuesday May 24th * KKG Breakfast * Lunch: Teriyaki bowl with Sticky rice, chicken or tofu and vegies. Salad bar. * Dinner: Spaghetti and ground beef or plant meat meatballs, bread sticks and roasted vegetables. Salad Bar. Wednesday May 25th * KKG Breakfast * Lunch: Grilled cheese sandwich, fries, Tomato soup and Salad bar. * Dinner: Vegetarian Enchilada Casserole, Spanish rice, roasted veggies, and salad bar.

Thursday May 26th * KKG Breakfast * Lunch: Turkey or vegie wraps with fruit, soup, and Salad Bar. * Dinner: Baked potato with sour cream, bacon, chives, cheese and butter. roasted vegies. Salad Bar
