Sunday May 5th
* Dinner: Chipotle Chicken Bowl with rice, black beans, Pico De Gallo, cheese, lettuce, tomato, chicken, plant meat, avocado, cheese, salsa, and sour cream. Salad bar.
Monday May 6th
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: Build your own avocado toast bar. W/ fresh avocado, fresh mozz, fried eggs, bacon, tomato. Soup and Salad bar.
* Dinner: Teriyaki chicken or tofu with rice or yakisoba noodles, roasted veggies and Salad Bar
Tuesday May 7th
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: BEGAL BAR LUNCH with smoked salmon, cream cheese, chicken salad, tuna salad, avocado, cucumbers, onion, tomato, capers and alfalfa sprouts.
* Dinner: Oven roasted Baby back barbecue ribs or impossible meat, mashed potato, green beans, and Salad Bar.
Wednesday May 8th
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: Build your own Cheeseburger with black angus ground beef, black bean burger or impossible meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. Fries and Salad Bar.
* Dinner: Creamy Tuscan salmon or tofu with a side of roasted vegetables and Salad bar.
Thursday May 9th
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: Ramen bowls with noodles, mushrooms, soup, shredded carrots, mushrooms, tofu and boiled eggs. Salad Bar
* Dinner: Spaghetti and ground beef or plant meat meatballs, garlic bread and roasted vegetables. Salad Bar.
Friday May 10th
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: Crispy coconut shrimp or tofu, sweet and sour salsa, rice, roasted veggie, and Salad Bar.
* Dinner: Build your own sandwich bar with over roasted turkey, ham, roasted beef, lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc. Soup, fries, and Salad bar.
Saturday May 11th
* Brunch: (10 – 12pm) Scrambled egg, hash brown, bacon, sausage, plant sausage, fresh fruit and berries. build your own Belgian waffles with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and maple syrup.
