Sunday May 8th

* Dinner: Yellow chicken or tofu curry with a side of rice, roasted vegetables. Salad bar.


Monday May 9th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Teriyaki chicken or Tofu with noodles or rice bowl, and broccoli. Salad bar.

* Dinner: Grilled salmon or tofu with a side of rice, roasted vegetables. Salad bar.


Tuesday May 10th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Turkey or vegetable wrap, soup, tater tots, and salad bar.

* Dinner: Chicken or Tofu Shish kebab with rice and roasted vegies. Salad bar.


Vegie Wednesday May 11th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Caprese grilled cheese, with fresh mozzarella, basil and tomato. Tomato soup, fries, and salad bar.

* Dinner: Mac and cheese, steamed broccoli, garlic bread, and Salad Bar.


Thursday May 12th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Poke bowl with ahi tuna, tofu, sticky rice, cherry tomato, cabbage, shredded carrot, cucumber, avocado, edamame. Salad bar

* Dinner: Ground beef, Vegetarian chicken, black bean or plant meat burgers with lettuce, onion, tomato, and cheese toppings, fries, and salad bar.


Friday May 13th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Build Your own Pizza. Salad bar

* Dinner: Cheesy beef or Impossible meat Enchiladas in spicy red sauce. Spanish rice and beans. Sour cream and guacamole.


Saturday May 14th

* Brunch: Scrambled egg, hash brown, bacon, sausage, plant sausage, fresh fruit and berries. build your own Belgian waffles with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and maple syrup
