Sunday Sep. 24th

* Dinner: Gnocchi or gluten free vegan pasta with creamy sauce, roasted vegetables, chicken, tofu and Salad bar

Monday Sep. 25th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Grilled cheese sandwich, fries, Tomato or chicken noodle soup and Salad bar.

* Dinner: Zucchini or linguini pasta with marinara sauce, pesto shrimp or tofu, roasted vegies and salad bar.

Tuesday Sep. 26th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Ramen bowls with noodles, mushrooms, soup, shredded carrots, mushrooms, tofu and boiled eggs. Salad Bar

* Dinner: Build your own hard-shell taco or soft with chicken or impossible meat, shredded lettuce, black beans tomato, onions, cheese, salsa and sour cream. Salad bar.

Wednesday Sep. 27th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Build your own Cheeseburger with black angus ground beef, black bean burger or impossible meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. Fries and Salad Bar.

* Dinner: Grilled salmon or tofu with a side of rice, roasted vegetables. Salad bar.

Thursday Sep. 28th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Mediterranean Quinoa Bowl with grilled chicken, hummus, feta cheese, cucumbers, chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, and tahini sauce. Salad Bar

* Dinner: Cheesy chicken or Impossible meat Enchiladas in spicy red sauce. Spanish rice, beans, roasted veggies, Sour cream and guacamole. Salad bar

Friday Sep. 29th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Bake potatoes with sour cream, cheese, bacon, and chives toppings. Oven roasted vegetables, Coleslaw and Salad Bar.

* Dinner: Build your own sandwich bar with over roasted turkey, ham, roasted beef, lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc. Soup, fries, and Salad bar.

Saturday Sep. 30th

* Brunch: (10 – 12pm) Scrambled egg, hash brown, bacon, sausage, plant sausage, fresh fruit and berries. build your own Belgian waffles with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and maple syrup.
