Monday Dec. 6th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Grilled cheese and soup. Salad bar

* Dinner: Make your own beef, plant meat, sockeye salmon, or black bean burgers

with fries and vegies. Salad bar

Tuesday Dec. 7th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Creamy Salmon or Tofu with ravioli or gluten free vegan pasta and some vegies and Salad bar

* Dinner: Orange Chicken or plant meat with rice, and vegetables. Salad bar

Wednesday Dec.8th

*KKG Breakfast

*lunch: build your own avocado toast bar. W/ fresh avocado, fresh mozz, fried

eggs, bacon, tomato. Build your own saladbar

*Dinner: Turkey or Impossible meat Enchiladas in spicy red sauce. with rice and beans. Sour cream and guacamole.

Thursday Dec. 9th

* KKG breakfast

* Lunch: Turkey and bacon or vegie wrap, soup, and salad bar.

* Dinner: Beans and rice with vegies and Salad bar

Friday Dec. 10th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: build your own pizza. Salad Bar

* Dinner: Build your own taco, with ground beef or plant meat, shredded lettuce, tomato, cheese, salsa and sour cream. Salad bar.

Saturday Dec. 11th

* Brunch: Scrambled eggs, hash brown, pancakes, fresh fruits and berries. Build

your own Belgian waffle"
