Sunday April 28th

* Dinner: Baked Gnocchi or gluten free vegan pasta with creamy sauce, roasted vegetables, chicken, tofu, garlic bread and Salad bar

 

Monday April 29th

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Grilled cheese, Tomato soup, chicken noodle soup, fresh fruit, house salad, and salad bar

* Dinner: Build your own burrito with flour or corn tortilla, rice, beans, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, corn, chicken, plant meat, avocado, cheese, salsa, and sour cream. Salad bar.

 

Tuesday April 30th

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Roasted sweet potato Bowl with brown rice or quinoa, edamame, carrot salad, fried egg and chili mayo. Salad Bar.

* Dinner: Build your own Gyro with beef, chicken, or vegetarian chicken, lettuce, tomato, red onion, olive, cucumber, feta cheese and tzatziki sauce. Salad Bar

 

Wednesday May 1st

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch:  Build your own pasta salad Bar, Soup and Salad bar

* Dinner: Orange Chicken or vegetarian meat with white rice, and roasted vegetables. Salad bar

 

Thursday May 2nd

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Chicken or cheese Quesadilla with salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Soup and Salad Bar

* Dinner: Butter chicken or tofu with a side of brown rice, roasted vegetables and Naan. Salad bar.

 

Friday May 3rd

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Build Your own Pizza, Quinoa, Fruit salad and Salad bar

* Dinner: Chicken or tofu with pesto and 5 Cheese tortellini or gluten free pasta, garlic bread, roasted vegies and salad bar.

 

Saturday May 4th

* Brunch: (10 – 12pm) Scrambled egg, hash brown, bacon, sausage, plant sausage, fresh fruit and berries. build your own Belgian waffles with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and maple syrup.
