Sunday Oct 22nd

* Dinner: Domino's


Monday Oct 23rd

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Build your own avocado toast bar. W/ fresh avocado, fresh mozz, fried eggs, bacon, tomato. Soup and Salad bar

* Dinner: Spaghetti and ground beef or plant meat meatballs, garlic bread and roasted vegetables. Salad Bar.


Tuesday Oct 24th

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Chicken nuggets or meatless nuggets, fries, soup and salad bar.

* Dinner: Orange Chicken or vegetarian meat with brown or white rice, and roasted vegetables. Salad bar


Wednesday Oct 25th

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Build your own Gyro with beef, chicken, or vegetarian chicken, lettuce, tomato, red onion, olive, cucumber, feta cheese and tzatziki sauce. Salad Bar

* Dinner: Grilled salmon or tofu with a side of rice, roasted vegetables. Salad bar.


Thursday Oct 26th

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Build your own Cheeseburger with black angus ground beef, black bean burger or impossible meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. Fries and Salad Bar.

* Dinner: 3 Cheese tortellini or gluten free pasta with red sauce, chicken, tofu, garlic bread, roasted vegies and salad bar.


Friday Oct 27th

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Build Your own Pizza, Quinoa, Fruit salad and Salad bar

* Dinner: Build your own burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, cheese, lettuce, tomato, chicken, plant meat, avocado, salsa, and sour cream. Salad bar.


Saturday Oct 28th

* Brunch: (10 – 12pm) Scrambled egg, hash brown, bacon, sausage, plant sausage, fresh fruit and berries. build your own Belgian waffles with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and maple syrup.
