Sunday Oct 8th

* Dinner: Breakfast for Dinner: Eggs Benedict on English muffins with Canadian bacon, a poached egg, and a hollandaise sauce. Breakfast burrito and potatoes. Salad Bar.


Monday Oct 9th

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scramble tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Vegetarian Chili with impossible meat, cheese and sour cream toppings. House baked corn bread, butter and honey. Salad bar.

* Dinner: Build your own Cheeseburger with black angus ground beef, black bean burger or impossible meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. Potato wedges and Salad Bar.


Tuesday Oct 10th

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scramble tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Caprese grilled cheese, with fresh mozzarella, basil and tomato. Tomato or chicken soup. Fruit salad and salad bar

* Dinner: Chicken or black bean casserole with side of roasted vegetable, and Salad Bar.


Wednesday Oct 11th

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scramble tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Build your own avocado toast bar. W/ fresh avocado, fresh mozz, fried eggs, bacon, tomato. Soup and Salad bar

* Dinner: Grilled salmon or tofu with a side of rice, roasted vegetables. Salad bar.

Thursday Oct 12th

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scramble tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Turkey or veggie wraps, soup and Salad bar.

* Dinner: Thai Red Curry with Tofu or Chicken, rice, quinoa, roasted veggies and Salad Bar.


Friday Oct 13th

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scramble tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Build your own taco Salad Bowl with Tortilla chips, black beans, corn, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, chicken, sour cream, and salsa. Salad bar

* Dinner: Crispy coconut shrimp or tofu, sweet and sour salsa, rice, roasted veggie, and Salad Bar.


Saturday Oct 14th

* Brunch: (10 – 12pm) Scrambled egg, hash brown, bacon, sausage, plant sausage, fresh fruit and berries. build your own Belgian waffles with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and maple syrup.
