Sunday Nov. 26th
* Dinner: Baked Gnocchi or gluten free vegan pasta with creamy sauce, roasted vegetables, chicken, tofu, garlic bread and Salad bar
Monday Nov. 27th
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: Teriyaki chicken or tofu with rice or yakisoba noodles, roasted veggies and Salad Bar
* Dinner: Build your own burrito bowl with rice, beans, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, corn, chicken, plant meat, avocado, cheese, salsa, and sour cream. Salad bar.
Tuesday Nov. 28th
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: Vegetarian Chili with impossible meat, ground beef, cheese and sour cream for toppings. House baked corn bread, butter and honey.
* Dinner: Oven roasted Baby back barbecue ribs or impossible meat, mac and cheese, green beans, and Salad Bar.
Wednesday Nov. 29th
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: Chicken or cheese Quesadilla with salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Soup and Salad Bar
* Dinner: Grilled salmon or tofu, roasted vegetables. Salad bar.
Thursday Nov. 30th
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: Mediterranean Quinoa Bowl with grilled chicken, hummus, feta cheese, cucumbers, chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, and tahini sauce. Salad Bar
* Dinner: Yellow Thai chicken or tofu curry with rice, roasted vegies and salad bar.
Friday Dec. 1st
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: Build your own street taco with corn or flour tortilla, steak, chicken, veggie chicken, rice, beans, tomato, avocado and Salad Bar.
* Dinner: Build your own sandwich bar with over roasted turkey, ham, roasted beef, lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc. Soup, fries, and Salad bar.
Saturday Dec. 2nd
* Brunch: (10 – 12pm) Scrambled egg, hash brown, bacon, sausage, plant sausage, fresh fruit and berries. build your own Belgian waffles with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and maple syrup.
