Monday Feb. 5th

* Lunch: Grilled cheese, Tomato soup, chicken noodle soup, fresh fruit, house salad, and salad bar
* Dinner: Mediterranean Quinoa Bowl with grilled chicken, hummus, feta cheese, cucumbers, chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, and tzatziki or tahini sauce. Salad Bar
Tuesday Feb. 6th

Thursday Feb. 8th

* Dinner: Build your own Gyro with Italian sausage, chicken, or vegetarian chicken, lettuce, tomato, red onion, olive, cucumber, feta cheese and tzatziki sauce. Salad Bar
Friday Feb. 9th

* Lunch: Build your own taco salad, chicken, black beans, Pico De Gallo, cheese, lettuce, tomato, chicken, plant meat, avocado, cheese, salsa, and sour cream. Salad bar.
