Sunday Feb. 4th

* Dinner: Red Thai chicken or tofu curry with rice, roasted vegies and salad bar.


Monday Feb. 5th

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Grilled cheese, Tomato soup, chicken noodle soup, fresh fruit, house salad, and salad bar

* Dinner: Mediterranean Quinoa Bowl with grilled chicken, hummus, feta cheese, cucumbers, chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, and tzatziki or tahini sauce. Salad Bar


Tuesday Feb. 6th

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Chicken or cheese Quesadilla with salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Soup and Salad Bar

* Dinner: Spaghetti with ground beef or plant meat meatballs, garlic bread and roasted vegetables. Salad Bar.


Wednesday Feb. 7th

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Poke bowl with Chicken, Aki Tuna, Salmon, tofu, Quinoa or rice, cherry tomato, cabbage, shredded carrot, cucumber, avocado, edamame and mushrooms. Salad bar

* Dinner: Mexican chicken casserole, oven roasted veggies and Salad Bar.


Thursday Feb. 8th

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Baked Gnocchi or gluten free vegan pasta with creamy sauce, roasted vegetables, chicken, tofu, garlic bread and Salad bar

* Dinner: Build your own Gyro with Italian sausage, chicken, or vegetarian chicken, lettuce, tomato, red onion, olive, cucumber, feta cheese and tzatziki sauce. Salad Bar


Friday Feb. 9th

* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.

* Lunch: Build your own taco salad, chicken, black beans, Pico De Gallo, cheese, lettuce, tomato, chicken, plant meat, avocado, cheese, salsa, and sour cream. Salad bar.

* Dinner: Teriyaki chicken, yakisoba noodles or sticky rice, spring rolls, veggie or chicken dumplings and Salad Bar.
