* Dinner: Eritrean food (beef Tibsi, chicken Tibsi, cabbage and potato Alcha, and Timtumo with Ingera bread.) Salad Bar.
Monday Feb. 12th
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: Chicken nuggets, veggie chicken nuggets, fries, soup and Salad Bar.
* Dinner: Risotto with roasted mushrooms, lemon garlic chicken thighs, roasted carrots, butternut squash, fruits, desserts and house salad.
Tuesday Feb. 13th
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: Build your own avocado toast bar. W/ fresh avocado, fresh mozz, fried eggs, bacon, tomato. Soup and Salad Bar.
* Dinner: 5 Cheese tortellini or gluten free pasta with red sauce, chicken, tofu, garlic bread, roasted vegies and salad bar.
Wednesday Feb. 14th
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: Roasted sweet potato Bowl with brown rice, edamame, carrot salad, fried egg and chili mayo. Salad Bar.
* Dinner: Teriyaki grilled salmon or tofu with a side of rice, roasted vegetables. Salad bar.
Thursday Feb. 15th
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: Grilled chicken or veggie wraps, soup and Salad Bar.
* Dinner: Roasted pork, mushed potatoes, roasted veggies and Salad Bar.
Friday Feb. 16th
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: Ramen bowls with noodles, mushrooms, soup, shredded carrots, mushrooms, tofu and boiled eggs. Salad Bar
* Dinner: Build your own sandwich bar with over roasted turkey, ham, roasted beef, lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc. Soup, fries, and Salad bar.
The kitchen is closed for the weekend. The kitchen opens back on Monday Feb. 19th for dinner.
