Sunday April 14th
* Dinner: Chicken Tikka Masala with white rice, chicken, tofu, veggies and naan. Salad Bar.
Monday April 15th
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: Grilled cheese, Tomato soup, chicken noodle soup, fresh fruit, house salad, and salad bar
* Dinner: Orange Chicken or vegetarian meat with white rice, and roasted vegetables. Salad bar
Tuesday April 16th
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: Daikon TuesDay: spinach or kale, purple daikon, sweet potato, butternut squash, red beets, English cucumber, tofu, brown rice, and gochujang sauce. Salad bar.
* Dinner: Build your own taco with ground beef, chicken or impossible meat, shredded lettuce, black beans tomato, onions, cheese, salsa and sour cream. Salad bar.
Wednesday April 17th
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: Build your own Cheeseburger with black angus ground beef, black bean burger or impossible meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. Fries and Salad Bar.
* Dinner: Chicken or Veggie Alfredo Casserole with side of roasted vegetable, and Salad Bar.
Thursday April 18th

Friday April 19th

Saturday April 20th
* Brunch: (10 – 12pm) Scrambled egg, hash brown, bacon, sausage, plant sausage, fresh fruit and berries. build your own Belgian waffles with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and maple syrup.
