Monday April 1st
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: Grilled cheese, Tomato soup, chicken noodle soup, fresh fruit, house salad, and salad bar
* Dinner: Butter chicken or tofu with a side of brown rice, roasted vegetables and Naan. Salad bar.
Tuesday April 2nd

* Lunch: Roasted sweet potato Bowl with brown rice, edamame, carrot salad, fried egg and chili mayo. Salad Bar.
* Dinner: Build your own soft- or hard-shell tacos with ground beef or plant meat, shredded lettuce, tomato, cheese, salsa and sour cream. Salad bar.
Wednesday April 3rd

Friday April 5th

Saturday April 6th
* Brunch: (10 – 12pm) Scrambled egg, hash brown, bacon, sausage, plant sausage, fresh fruit and berries. build your own Belgian waffles with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and maple syrup.
