Sunday Mar. 6th


* Dinner: Shrimp or tofu on a red sauce with grits and some cooked vegies. Salad bar.


Monday Mar. 7th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Build your own soft taco with beans, cheese, lettuce, tomato, ground beef or impossible meat, avocado, salsa, and sour cream. Salad bar.

* Dinner: Orange Chicken or Tofu with rice, and roasted vegetables. Salad bar


Tuesday Mar. 8th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Crispy honey chicken or tofu with noodles or sticky rice and vegies. Salad bar

* Dinner: Italian sausage or plant meat Gyro with warm pita, lettuce, tomato, red onion, feta cheese and tzatziki sauce.


Vegie Wednesday Mar. 9th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Caprese grilled cheese, with fresh mozzarella, basil and tomato. Tomato soup. Fruit salad and salad bar.

* Dinner: Vegie lasagna or vegan lasagna, some roasted vegies. Salad bar.

Thursday Mar. 10th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Vegie or shrimp wrap with Sunflower Butter sauce, soup, fresh fruits and salad bar.

* Dinner: Creamy Salmon or Tofu with rice, steamed vegies, and Salad Bar.


Friday Mar. 11th

* Lunch: Build Your own Pizza. Salad bar

* Dinner: Oven roasted chicken thighs or tofu with rice and roasted marble mix potato. Salad bar


Saturday Mar. 12th

* Brunch: Scrambled egg, hash brown, bacon, sausage, plant sausage, fresh fruit and berries. build your own Belgian waffles with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and maple syrup
