Sunday April 30th

* Dinner: Butter chicken or tofu with a side of brown rice, roasted vegetables and Naan bread. Salad bar.

Monday May 1st

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Grilled cheese sandwich, fries, Tomato or chicken noodle soup and Salad bar.

* Dinner: Orange Chicken or plant meat with brown and roasted vegetables. Salad bar

Tuesday May 2nd

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Poke bowl with chicken, ahi tuna, tofu, Quinoa or sticky rice, cherry tomato, cabbage, shredded carrot, cucumber, avocado, edamame and mushrooms. Salad bar

* Dinner: Zucchini pasta, beef or cheese ravioli marinara sauce, roasted chicken or tofu, roasted vegies and salad bar.

Wednesday May 3rd

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Mediterranean Quinoa Bowl with grilled chicken, hummus, feta cheese, cucumbers, chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, and tahini sauce. Salad Bar

* Dinner: Creamy garlic butter Tuscan salmon or tofu with a side of roasted vegetables and Salad bar.

Thursday May 4th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Vegetarian Chili with impossible meat, cheese and sour cream toppings. House baked corn bread, butter and honey. Salad bar.

* Dinner: Creamy Mac and Cheese with side of chicken, roasted zucchini, eggplants, and Salad Bar.

Friday May 5th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Build your own taco Salad with Tortilla chips, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, chicken, sour cream, and salsa. Avocado, Mango and Shrimp ceviche. Fruit and Salad bar

* Dinner: Build your own sandwich bar with over roasted turkey, ham, roasted beef, lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc. Soup, fries, and Salad bar.

Saturday May 6th

* Brunch: Scrambled egg, hash brown, bacon, sausage, plant sausage, fresh fruit and berries. build your own Belgian waffles with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and maple syrup.
