Sunday May 15th

* Dinner: Parmesan Spinach Gnocchi or gluten vegan pasta with chicken or vegie chicken, roasted vegies, and Salad bar.


Monday May 16th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Turkey or vegie chicken pita sandwich with fries, soup and Salad bar

* Dinner: Fish and Chips. Salad Bar.


Tuesday May 17th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Tuna melt or chickpea "tuna" melt on English muffin, soup, and salad. Salad bar.

* Dinner: Taco Tuesday. Soft- or hard-shell taco with fish, ground beef, or beyond meat, sour cream, salsa, tomato, shredded lettuce, and cheese. Salad bar


Wednesday May 18th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Ramen bowls with noodles, mushrooms, soup, shredded carrots, mushrooms, tofu and boiled eggs. Salad Bar

* Dinner: Vegetarian Chili with cheese and sour cream. House baked corn bread, butter and honey. Salad bar.


Thursday May 19th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Build your own avocado toast bar. W/ fresh avocado, fresh mozz, fried eggs, bacon, tomato. Soup and Salad bar

* Dinner: chicken wings, fries, and Salad bar.


Friday May 20th

* KKG Breakfast

* Lunch: Build Your own Pizza. Salad bar

* Dinner: Alfredo shrimp or tofu pasta or rice, roasted vegetables. Salad bar.


Saturday May 21st

* Brunch: Scrambled egg, hash brown, bacon, sausage, plant sausage, fresh fruit and berries. build your own Belgian waffles with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and maple syrup
